We’re excited to launch our 2025 U.S. Domestic Intern Survey on Policy and Program Benefits, open now through July 12. We aim to gather important insights from mobility professionals on today’s internship programs, and help organizations enhance their approach and deliver more meaningful, supportive intern experiences in the future.
We’ll explore five key focus areas:

- Mobility’s Role – Global mobility’s involvement in the design and execution of intern programs
- Benefits – What support is offered, with and without relocation
- Challenges Faced – The key hurdles faced by mobility teams when managing intern programs
